“smell bad the area”

“Great property and even greater staff. Customer service was top notch”

“We had an ok time at this Westin - I've loved other locations . We had issues with cleaning service and the room we were given. Also, they seem to have less staff because they are closing for renovations. It definitely impacted our stay.”

“cheap price. The room was good”

“Spacious clean room with microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker but there was some near the check in room. Free OJ, milk, muffins, various munchies. Free parking. A reward if you check out before 10 am.”

“They offered crafts, indoor games and activities for the rainy days which really helped keep my kids entertained when the pool and beach weren't an option. Definitely a family friendly place!”

“It was a very nice vacation club. They had activities planned throughout the day that you could attend if you’d like. My kids really enjoyed themselves.”

“This hotel was perfect for our stay with my kids and dog.”

“The beds are uncomfortable and housekeeping is supposed to come every other day but we stayed 4 nights and never had our room cleaned. Check in was a challenge as it was showing an amount due though we prepaid through Expedia. The clerk had to “do some math”. She was sweet and this wasn’t on her at all. Would not stay here again.”
