「Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. 「 Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. 」

「We wish we had known about this place earlier, it is great. Lovely characterful ensuite bedrooms , charming, helpful hosts and superb breakfasts . Location is great for walking into the city and the nearby Black Horse pub is handy for meals. Easy parking too. Why did we go to generic chains when we could have stayed somewhere this special? 」

「I had an excellent stay in the Church Farmhouse B&B. It is in a very quiet village which means that is not very near shops or transport and you need a car. It is a very well maintained charming property very clean and having everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay . The owner is very nice and friendly but professional too. It is very close to towns like Bury St Edmunds Newmarket Ely and Cambridge for those who are interested in exploring the area or you can choose to stay put for...
