“Very nice clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast with so many choices. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!”

“A lovely grand dame in downtown. Its easy walk to the lake and downtown business district. A little fresh paint would go a long way. But, still a nice stay.”

“Really needs an upgrade! Staffwas great! Also we brought our dog & asked for a room near an exit door to take her out. Our room was right next to the exit & when you went out the door there was no grass to be found & it emphasized how run down the hotel is. If it was upgraded, we’d plan on staying more, great location, walking to downtown area is awesome.”

“Over all our stay was comfortable enjoyable. We had an incident where we left some snacks in the room The maid’s came and cleaned it we got back and our bag of snacks were gone. Reported it the clerk said he would check into it gave us a little bit of a discount so that was helpful.”

“We would for sure stay here again! Everything is new and upgraded, I only have cleanliness a 4 due to the fact the post construction clean up wasn’t done very well, dry wall crust and stuff like that. I saw complaints about the noise of traffic through the walls and honestly I didn’t find it to be an issue at all unless you are a light sleeper. Nothing like city traffic. This location is close to everything and easy to check in.”

“Did not like having no staff at reception. No customer service, no number to call for help with problems. Musty smell in room Only one dim lamp in room. TV not working nobody responded to my text.eill not staying there again. Room next door had pole of rags or clothes visible in front of curtain. Cigarette butts on dirty stairway. Ick.”

“It was clean and the staff were helpful but the refrigerator temperature was too low that whatever in the fridge was frozen. The toilet, on the other hand, made some terrible noises like flushing without any reason. The breakfast was not varied and just grab and go.”

“The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious for the Marquette area. It was very reasonably priced as well. We did have a some issues with controlling the heat, but the staff was very helpful in addressing it. They also offered extra blankets. We were very satisfied and would return and our next visit to the area.”
