「Overall, while the location is great and the host was responsive, the condition of the rental was a major letdown. For the price and the advertised quality, I expected much better. The lack of a thorough cleaning, in particular, was disappointing and not justifiable given the cleaning fees charged. 「The house was ok. Very cute. Furniture is very low and that’s coming from someone not tall (5’3) so if you are tall, you will not like the table, chairs, or living room. The house seemed clean but the coffee maker had old grounds left in it that were growing mold. I did notify the host and they brought a replacement coffee maker the next morning. The house was extremely well stocked with linens for bedding and bathroom needs and the kitchen was also extremely well stocked with what appeared to be all new cook ware! 」

「We had a great stay! The view from the balcony of this house is 180 degrees of the ocean and several distant keys. We loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony and watching the wildlife. The house is new and everything inside was in perfect working condition. We enjoyed swimming in the very warm and large community pool and felt very safe in the gated community. The local property manager was very responsive and we felt very welcomed. 」
