「This is a very comfortable, new and conveniently located property to Mayo Clinic. The apartment was spotless, practically brand new and fully equipped. Just bring your bags, and everything is here for you. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. Truly a five-star experience.」

「This place is super nice and we loved it! The bed is huge and comfy. We had a little issue with some of the apps on the TV not working and a blind seems to be missing in the living room. Other than that everything was perfect. It seems like the place was just remodeled. Great that it comes with a parking spot too.」

「Most everything was great with only a few relatively minor things. The room wasn’t quite ready when we got there so we had to wait in the hallway until it was ready (and with no luggage cart, we were tired from travel and carrying bags). The mattress was unexpectedly firm, which was no problem for me though my wife didn’t sleep all that well. 「We rented the studio during recent stay to Jacksonville from another state. We stayed near our daughter and her family as they welcomed a newborn. It was a great reprieve from sleeping on the couch in the living room with our now 3 grandchildren (under 3) and their parents. There are no windows but we were gone most of the day. There is private outside sitting area for morning and evening as weather permits. The neighborhood is family oriented safe and convenient for our visit.」

"I have previously enjoyed exceptional stays at InterContinental properties, notably in San Diego and Sanya. During a recent business trip, due to the absence of a nearby InterContinental hotel, I chose the Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville South Bartram Park (13934 Village Lake Circle, Jacksonville, FL 32258) for a two-night stay from March 20 to March 22, 2025, trusting the IHG brand. After my first night, I requested a late check-out, which Mr. Rojo, a courteous long-haired male staff member, promptly approved. However, merely an hour later, Ms. Chris, a female staff member who was overweight, wearing glasses, with a slight bald spot, and dressed in a red and white floral shirt, rudely rescinded this agreement without providing any valid reason. Her demeanor was unprofessional and hostile, raising serious concerns about racial discrimination, especially as her colleague appeared embarrassed by her conduct and even questioned her decision by asking, “Are you serious?” In all my years of traveling and staying at various hotels, I have never encountered such blatant discrimination. This incident is completely unacceptable and has severely tarnished my perception of the IHG brand. I strongly advise fellow travelers to reconsider staying at this property to avoid potential discriminatory treatment."
