“We truly enjoyed our time in this home. The manager of the property was always responsive. Check in was seamless. The house is amazing. It was close to everything we would need. The kitchen was well stocked. Best of all, no laundry list of check out procedures which was super helpful as we had an early morning the day we departed. I would totally stay here again.”

“That lady she’s crazy. She’s a liar. She’s a clean freak. It doesn’t matter how much you clean her house. She’s gonna hit you with a bill telling you that you trashed her house that our house is filthy. I mopped her house clean even though they took 100 for cleanup fees from me. I guess you want me to clean her house all the way up to the tea ,wish the house was clean according to Airbnb the way supposed to be that lady she’s a Money hungry I told her I had a family reunion. She said it was OK.……

“My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

“Place was clean and liked how the setting. Only suggestion is to reconsider the shower setup. ”

“Excellent communications with the host. She called me to let me know that I could check in early, and gave me the opportunity to check out late. Very helpful!”

“Really enjoyed out stay. Traveled because of business and felt right at home.”

“This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! Not overly decorative but felt like home. I could go on forever but if you're looking for comfort, safety and relaxation this is your home! Thank you Geoff and Kat……

“The experience of getting to stay in a historically significant location was great.”
