Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
"Frequent traveler here. This is not a 4-star hotel. During my stay, housekeeping took my newly purchased mascara ($40+) and one of my organic face towels. I spoke with several people, but no one followed up and no compensation was offered. Disappointing experience."

"The kitchen cabinet over the fridge was broken, there was no dish towel....however besides that the apt. was great. It was clean and quiet. We were not there for fun, we were there for a funeral."
