“As opposed to so many rental properties with a bare minimum of conveniences, this owner was very conscientious to make sure that the kitchen was well stocked with staples and spices as well as appliances and utensils. He even left some snacks for us. These conveniences are greatly appreciated.”

“The condo is in a perfect spot. We were able to take day trips to Salem, Gloucester, Boston and New Hampshire and Maine. Very quiet neighborhood and very nice unit. The place could use a few more pictures or something to help the accustics in the living room. It's just very empty, not very homey. I'd also like to see a railing on the front entrance. The steps are kind of steep, and I worried about falling. However, overall it was a great place. I'd highly recommend this place. ”
