「Our family of 6 (age range 20’s to 80’s) enjoyed all of the rooms and porches. The air conditioners kept the home comfortable and the porches were cozy for those who like it warmer. We liked the convenience of being able to make our own breakfasts and dinners here. Having a grill was a bonus.」

「This is old world charm at its best. We loved the peaceful street with all the different cottages…just so quaint!!!Our stay was wonderful and the views from the panoramic back windows was amazing!!! Sunsets are beautiful. We loved we could bring our fur baby too!!!We saw so much wildlife! But the most important aspect was how quiet and peaceful it was. This is a true gem and we will be returning again.」

「We spent four days in the cottage and enjoyed every minute. Very clean with super comfortable beds not to mention the beautiful view from the master bedroom and the living room..peaceful location with a quick walk to the marina. The host has a book of recommended restaurants nearby and we highly recommend the Local for coffee and breakfast. I will definitely stay in this cottage again.」

「The cottage was perfect for 2 for an anniversary get away. Convenient to Williamsburg/Jamestown/Yorktown without being congested. A number of restaurants in the area. Watching the sunset from the river dock was beautiful every night. Although we only ate breakfast there, the kitchen seemed to be equipped with most everything you need. Although we had no problem, the narrow steep stairs to the bedroom could be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Overall a very nice place to stay if...

「Wonderful rental property. Gorgeous views of the bay! Kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Area is peaceful and quiet. We loved the private beach area and the mornings were shady. Would stay here again!」

「Beautiful location and home! Our days were spent walking up every morning drinking coffee overlooking the bay, relaxing at night in the hot tub, fishing off the pier, and kayaking. One of the best places we have ever rented. Absolute dream for a summer vacation for my husband and I!」

「The host was excellent at communication. It was our first time with the baby; everything was clean, and I could even do floor (tummy) time with the baby. Also, the private beach on the property was a gem as well! Kayaks were also used, and they were very sturdy and good too. This property was good for viewing sunrises and wildlife. For July 4, it was perfect because it was quiet. I want to stay there again.」

「Great place for my family and I to stay. It was clean, quiet and the perfect weekend getaway. My 2 young kids loved seeing the goats every morning!」
