Close location to surf beach

House was nice cosy four roomy bedrooms, large games/entertainment room for the kids. Beautiful upstairs big pergola area overlooking hillside and views back to the beach and Victor. Quiet area lots beautiful birds and easy access to beach

Amazing holiday house

We had a wonderful time. So much provided and the table tennis and pool table were a total hit. The house is spacious, balcony amazing and the house accommodated all our needs plus so much more. Highly recommend

Great location

A fantastic place to stay, with plenty of room and nice amenities. Unfortunately there were some cleanliness issues and a sliding door to the upper deck that was difficult to open and close. Just small thing's that if fixed would have made our stay great.

Family time

We have stayed here b4 and loved it but this time was dissapointed with the cleaniness, just a bit grimey and just didnt have that welcoming feel like a lot of other places we have stayed at. I love that its pet friendly but maybe a few diffusers or deodorisers around the place could make it more welcoming and smell nicer when entering the house. Also the cleaner obviously forgot to refill the toilet rolls and kitchen sponge so we had to go out again after just getting there to purchase. Especially with 3 toilets not one full toilet roll between them. Again the soap containers had minimal in them so if we stayed a few days longer we would have run out. Overall the home is in a great location and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own amenities. Great games room and deck for that much needed break.

Wonderful location

This property is in a fantastic location, steps from the beach and minutes travel to conveniences. Peaceful. A wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Great location and very spacious

The property is a perfect location and very spacious. Plenty of room for up to 10 people to stay. Not the cleanest property, ping pong table was so sticky the ball stuck to it, nothing too major that a quick wipe here and there couldn’t fix but just worth a heads up. Check in process was easy however wrong key combination was provided in the text message. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and rectify the situation. Second time we have stayed here and would potentially return but will likely look elsewhere based on the higher price and lack of cleanliness.

Great Location - Great Holiday Home

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Hero Ave, Middleton. There was plenty of room to congregate or find space if you needed it. Very clean and neat and easy to keep clean. The kitchen had more than enough kitchenware, everything you need and the laundry the same. The beds were very comfortable. It was only a short walk to the beach and as an added bonus the surf school was a short way north up the beach where we hired some surf boards, cheap, and had a great time surfing. We enjoyed looking out to sea watching the waves from the dining room and the side balcony. The outdoor living areas were great too with plenty of furniture & BBQ. It was great having the games room downstairs which brings me to my ONLY complaint about the facilities The pool table was so bad with torn cushion and cloth and such an uneven surface that we could not have a real competitive game on it. Hitting a slow ball meant missing your target ball completely which was a bit disappointing because that was one of the draw cards of our choice to stay there. If youre not worried about your game of pool this is a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing views

This is a great family house with games room for kids downstairs and great views all around. The bathrooms are dated and an old electric stove in the kitchen. There was no dishwashing liquid which is a minimum requirement but aside from that it’s a great house and we would stay again!

Great beach house

It's a fantastic big house with lots of space and a great large deck area. Walking distance to the beach and only a short drive to Goolwa, Port Elliot or Victor Harbour. The games area downstairs was fun and the kitchen was well stocked for our group of 7. Being able to bring our dog was a real bonus!

Disappointing

Good location and space but dirty with poor maintenance (loose door handles, filthy windows, toaster that only cooked on one side, steep stairs missing a railing to the top). Not up to the standard of the rate paid.

The stairs were very steep and the handrail didn't go all the way to the top which made it unsafe.

Yes I realise the child gate was in the way of the handrail but there would be another way of attaching it so the handrail went all the way to the top. One of our family almost fell down the stairs due to the lack of handrail and no they had not been drinking.

Middleton family holiday

The house was better than it looked online, was very well equipped and had everything we needed. A great location with views of sea and hills. The pool table and table tennis were very useful during some bad weather.

Spacious and comfortable home with wonderful views

Our family of 6 had a great Easter break in this home. The games room downstairs was a great hit with our younger family members. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen cupboards were well stocked with more than enough plates and glasses for everyone. An ideal place to entertain especially on the spacious deck. Giving our dogs a beach holiday was also a bonus. We’d certainly stay here again.

Amazing Property thoroughly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 11 Hero Ave, Middleton. The house is spacious and clean, and just a short stroll down to the beach. With the games room downstairs which was used every night. Great view from the dining room of the beach, The house was really well appointed, and the house/kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We will defiantly stay at this property again and highly recommend.
