This is a hidden gem, off the beaten path, yet accessible to all the splendors of this beautiful area. The home is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen offers the opportunity to cook all meals comfortably if wanted. The fire pit is a definite bonus.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Middletown home. The house had everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully stocked and the outdoor space was perfect. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were comfy. We also enjoyed the beautiful, quiet location with its proximity to Second Beach and downtown Newport. The living room could use some more seating options, but other than that, our stay was perfect!

Owner allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, 2:00 for a 3:00 wedding! Basically in and out, then came back and sat out on the patio on a lovely fall night. Property is lovely.
