Quiet and peaceful. You will hear the birds chirpping in the morning! The wineries are about a mile away, as is Sweetberry Farms where youcan pick up a fresh pie! The Polo matches are about 2 miles up the road and are a fun family event! The beaches are a bike ride away. Third Beach is less than a mile and is a calm family beach and Second Beach is less than 2 miles away....... waves, snack shack, and very popular! This location is ideal as you are so close to both the beaches and downtown Newport!
