Hangers, bed linens, and an iron are also available for your use, as is clothing storage to keep everything neat and tidy. A TV is on hand for entertainment, and heating and cooling options include air conditioning and heating. Keep in touch with wifi, and take advantage of the dedicated workspace in a common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses, as well as cooking basics like pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper, and dishes and silverware such as bowls, plates, and cups. • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
