“Nice little cottage with everything we needed for a weeks stay.In a good location for several National Trust properties and other interesting visits. Good local pub nearby although mostly needs booking to eat but food is good.”

“This is an absolutely beautiful house; beyond our expectations. Clean, spacious, and every facility provided. A lovely location was also a bonus.”

“Wow. An amazing place to stay. I cannot recommend enough. Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Perfect for families or couples. Close to local amenities and attractions. Beautiful setting and the log fire was very welcome! Cannot wait to book our next stay. A massive thank you for a fantastic long weekend.”

“We so enjoyed our stay at Olive. The building is gorgeous and decor really calming. The upstairs is so light and the high ceilings make the space feel much bigger. The area is peaceful, we enjoyed listening to the birds. The garden was much enjoyed by our puppy! Local walks are plentiful and there are a variety of pubs to choose from though having a car is essential if you're wanting to get out and about. Local farm shop was lovely. The bath was much enjoyed and the kitchen extremely well……

“A lovely little apartment with a very welcoming host. This was the perfect base from which we staged out little tour of Cheshire.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the time here”

“Quiet location, shower needs to be renovated, fridge door should open on the opposite side, easy to hit your head on a useless wall shelf.”

“Very comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area but only 10mins drive from Whitchurch with some lovely shops and restaurants. Easy access to North Wales and several National Trust properties. We had a relaxing time and would be very happy to return.”

“A lovely away from it all break. Set in the owners garden, with a small padock to exercise dogs. The lounge + kitchen area is large, the furnishings are comfortable. Double bed was very welcoming after our long walks as there are many pleasant walks a short drive away. The bathroom is fitted out to a high standard. Met the owner, we could have talked for hours, nothing was too much trouble.”
