「My reservation was from 6/22/25 to 6/28/25. I was unable to check in on the 22nd. The host said i had not reserved for the 22nd. Even though my reservation said so. I waited over 45 minutes to hear from the host. Finally i was able to find her phone number. I called her. She said she would refund my full stay. Which she didn't. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge.」
