The home was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. AC worked great! Close to everything, fast food, restaurants, grocery store.

Nice place but not the best side of town

Place was nice wasn’t aware it was a duplex when booking and not the best side of town. Didn’t really know anything about midland when I booked for a tournament. Neighbors were quiet but could hear people outside all night. Really freaked out when we got locked out just me and my daughter and couldn’t get ahold of property owner for a little while. After persistently calling and texting I did speak to them it was a gentleman not the lady that was listed as owner kinda skeptical but finally got back into the place.
