Hampton Inn automatically charges your credit card an incidental fee of $50 at the beginning of your stay. If no incidental fees are incurred, then they credit your card though it may take 3 days to process. Disagree with the practice and won’t be staying at a Hampton again.

Hotel did not have hot water the night I stayed and the ice machine and pool were out of service.

Upon arriving, the door had a sign that said no hot water on property. The hall had a smoke detector or alarm beeping all night. The bathtub was rusty. The door to where the fridge was didn't close. The headboard where the side table connects was falling apart. I pre-paid for the room or I would have left. The clerk said the manager was not giving discounts on stays due to the water issue. Maintenance was terrible. Could be a nice place but there is obviously no one caring for the property.
