"Keep in mind that the resort fee that is charged daily includes a credit for food and beverage ordered at the hotel for each day, plus tickets to an excursion – we did the rise NYC activity and it was very enjoyable. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming, attentive – write down to the cleaning staff. It was one of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced."

"the room i rented for the week was a bit smaller than i was used to , but since i did an early check in the “upgraded” the room with a view it was nice however i understand they are trying to keep the art deco classic some things do need to be updated in other hotels i’ve stayed in they have a mini fridge in case you have medicine like insulin to keep refrigerated i overlooked that not a problem full bathroom great big tub plenty of towels and housekeeping was on top of everything everyday i did have one issue the last 3 nights of my stay the ac started to leak onto the carpet and when i looked up at the air intake the filters where completely CAKED in dust so i did report it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it i’m glad they did , other than that it was a great stay"

"The hotel was nicely appointed, although with 100 degree temperatures, the A/C wasn’t working well and we could not stay the whole time. Got a full refund. The way to the pool was through this back stair case that was quite the adventure."
