「We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. 「Fantastic property right by the Tyenna River. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The river was a big hit with the kids trying their luck at fishing. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Thank you for sharing this special spot with us, we loved our stay.」

「A great location for driving to other parts of Launceston and surrounding areas. The apartment was spacious and was as shown in the photos. The provision of some essential kitchen supplies was appreciated. The only down sides were that while the bathroom was recently renovated unfortunately the door could not be fully closed. Kitchen cleaning may need a little more attention as grease covered one of the elements (easily removed by heating the element) on an otherwise clean stove and the cups...

「We told the host we would arrive after 6pm  in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. The host has provided the eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee and juice as well as bread in two sandwich boxes so we could prepare our breakfast. Everywhere in the house, kitchen and bathroom are clean.
