「Direction to lodge where wrong. Stated opposite 42 kilometer peg. 10 kilometers out! Not be expecting us, then claimed Expedia had not paid them and wanted us to pay again. No electricity. Limited food. No hot water. Property rundown with thatched rooves falling down. 」

「The management and staff of the FairMile made our experience exceptional. The facility is big and lovely, but we had so many changes in our itinerary and they had not received our advanced payment from Orbitz when we arrived.
But the Hotel Manager and the front desk supervisor were so helpful and accommodating, which was very appreciated with all we were dealing with. Every staff person was warm and provided outstanding personal service.
