“Probably the worst rental accommodation in 50 years of global travel I have ever stayed in. Your non-refundable policy is entirely inappropriate consider that it was the wrong property. I stayed 3 of 8 nights. I could not take my wife there. In SA under the Consumer Protection Act you would be obliged to refund me for the 4 nights I cancelled. Your whole system if flawed and unfair. No recommendations from me to use Stayz - quite the contrary”

“Place was nice but host very intrusive. Came into property unannounced every day. Said we had use of the pool but beach towels on the chairs from his family didn’t make it as inviting. Also host has a dog and leaves dog poop in the pool area my nephew stepped in it. When we asked him to clean it he smiled like it was a stupid question and never cleaned it up.
