Welcome to the Zermatt Villas Resort!

This spacious Double Queen Suite is designed for comfort and convenience during your stay in Midway. The suite features two plush queen beds, a private bathroom with tub/shower, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.
Check-in is simple with secure keyless entry—no need to pick up keys. Your suite will be professionally cleaned and stocked with essentials like shampoo, soaps, towels, and fresh linens, so you can settle in and start relaxing right away.

Resort Amenities:
As a guest of the Zermatt Villas Resort, you'll enjoy full access to resort amenities throughout your stay. Dine at one of the resort's on-site restaurants, or enjoy outdoor activities like tennis, mini golf, shuffleboard, life-size chess, and a charming carousel during warmer months.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Cleanliness: We strive to keep your suite spotless. Report any issues within 2 hours of arrival, and we'll address them promptly, usually within 24 hours. Issues resolved within this timeframe are not eligible for refunds.

The room was fine. The beds were not queen beds, seemed more like full size beds. We did not receive any check in information prior to our arrival. The front desk said that it was a privately owned room and we needed to contact the owners. We called the owner to get the check in information and they were very friendly and sent an email and text with instructions. When we got to the room, there were no glasses for water. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee cups. I texted back and asked if there were any in the room. I never received a reply. In the check in instructions there were two numbers to contact. I texted the other number and never received a reply. All in all, it was a nice room. Beds were comfy, but a little smaller than advertised. The resort is nice. But the lack of communication prior to checking in and after check in really impacted our stay.
