Lubin - a small holiday village in the seaside area (approx. 7 km to the Baltic beach in Międzyzdroje), surrounded by the picturesque shores of the Szczecin Lagoon and Lake Wicko Wielkie (400 m from the house to the nearest beach). A comfortable, ground-floor holiday home with a private garden. The house has a terrace with a set of garden furniture and barbecue equipment. Inside there is a living room with a fireplace connected to a well-equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. TV in the living room and in one bedroom. Electric + fireplace heating (wood included in the price of the stay). Wireless internet is available. In the private, fenced garden there is a private sauna and a whirlpool (from June to September). There is a safe parking lot. The host of the property lives on the neighboring property and also makes his part of the garden available to guests. The host has a small stable by his house, where he conducts hippotherapy classes. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, private sauna, private whirlpool (available from 01.06 to 30.09), electricity and water consumption, wood for the fireplace, resort fee, parking, internet, final cleaning. In the immediate vicinity, the biggest attractions are the steep, scenic cliffs above the Szczecin Lagoon, a stronghold with viewing terraces, the picturesque Zielonka Hill, the beautiful Lake Turkusowe with Piaskowa Góra towering over it. Everything is within a few hundred meters. About 1 km to the port, from where cruise ships depart. There is also a fishing port, where you can stock up on fresh and smoked fish. There are also several bars and a restaurant on site. Within a few hundred meters from the house there are several small beaches, where you can swim in the lake. The seaside beach in the Międzyzdroje resort is about 7 km away - safe access also by bike.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Landlord lives on the same property. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
