"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The rooms and bathroom felt uncomfortable to use, and overall maintenance was below standard. Proper heating was not provided; the main heating system was not working, and we were expected to rely on air conditioning, which was insufficient and unhealthy, especially in cold weather. This is a serious issue for a property located in the Kaz Mountains. Breakfast was also disappointing and did not reflect the quality or authenticity one would expect from this region. The only positive point was the staff — they were kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to help despite these shortcomings."

"The room was cold, the balcony door didn't close properly and the wind blew in the room all night. The hotel didn't answer any questions, it turned out that the restaurant wasn't working and we had to look for dinner in the dark in an unknown place."

"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."

"In the picture when booking it showed 1 queen bed and one double bed. We arrived to find 2 very uncomfortable twin beds and 1 extremely uncomfortable futon. As a family who suffers from back and hip issues this was 2 of the worst nights sleep I’ve experienced here thus far. "
