The room is big and tidy. It is just 5 minutes walk to Keihandensha Shichijo Station. and around 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station. The staff is nice. I will stay there again when i visit Kyoto next time!

The hotel is very new and the dinning area of the room is the best part of the stay. Since it is located at a small lane, it is not car friendly, so there is no drop off place at the entrance, and you have to drive your car out of the lane if there is a car approaching.
