住過兩次，飯店非常新穎乾淨又附加早餐，距離市中心有點距離，但臨近的地鐵站，所以轉乘沒有什麼問題，只可惜附近沒有什麼好逛的。

Bad bad bad
When we first got to the hotel the front gate was closed and there's no sign to show where the parking but was. Room is generally quite nice but small. Very difficult to locate the card slot (where you need to put in the hotel room key for power), it was behind the curtain and there was no signs to show you the location. No shower or shampoo in the bathroom asking for it for over 20 mins and still no sign. Ended up going down to reception to get it myself. Power tripped st night with the elevator stop working and we had to walk back from ground floor to 8th floor and lights and air con was constantly flicking. Air con vent blows directly into your face when lying in bed, worst I've seen in my life. Very bad hotel no recommend to anyone at all.

The problem was the booking made through You. We reserved with breakfast included but at the moment of the check in we suddenly was informed that breakfast was not included. On the App was written including breakfast!

Ottima struttura per poi visitare Milano, fermata metro a pochi metri, si può parcheggiare a pagamento nel loro garage e poi muoversi liberamente con i mezzi pubblici, camera bella e moderna.

Unfortunately, this hotel has very poor management. Upon arrival, we encountered a very unpleasant smell in the room and the corridors, which was related to the wall paper that was installed recently, and they did not even open the windows in the corridors to solve the problem. The reception either did not answer the phone or they picked up the phone with a long delay.

Ci ho soggiornato la domenica e devo dire che c’è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, è facilmente raggiungibile dall’autostrada e ad appena 100 metri c’è la stydella metro. Lo consiglio.

The hotel was new and very clean, the room was comfortable and well furnished. Nearby the hotel there is a shopping center with several restaurants, It is less then five minutes by walking from the hotel. At night there is not much people around, so you need a car or a cab. I was visiting my son who lives nearby so for me was easier. The subway to reach downtow is not far from the hotel (10 min. walking, then some 25 five min. to Duomo)The ratio price/comfort was excellent for that day.

Tutto il personale è veramente gentilissimo! Disponibili, cordiali, salutano ogni ospite che passa, sorridono… davveero un piacere stare in un ambiente così. Un particolare ringraziamento al personale della reception: hanno mostrato massimo impegno e cordialità. Quando dovrò ritornare a Milano, prima cercherò la disponibilità in questo albergo. Grazie.

Check in staff were good but the bar/kitchen staff were horrible. Didn’t let us warm food up and were not helpful. It’s a basic hotel if you’re hardly in it. Bed wasn’t good and the covered were not even covers. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone
