It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. The location is good 18 min walk to center and easy access by metro.

The included breakfast is not served on the hotel premises; it is offered at two separate establishments: Nui and Bioserri. Great neighborhood. Location and lack of signage not good. Rooms are in a office/apartment building not a hotel. Photography are great. Room decor basic but nice. However to get charged 21 euros for breakfast at a Cafe bar a couple of blocks away…inconvenient especially for early morning travelers. They should just not offer it as an amenity. Same for the airport shuttle service which was quoted at nearly double the uber/taxi.

Staff members are very professional and helpful. Continental breakfast served at a nearby cafe was kind of limited to a simple set a croissant, an orange juice with a coffee. Personaly, it was good to visit the café every morning.

Great stay in Brera. Hotel is a small hidden gem. Staff was amazing. Our room was great with AC, kitchenette and small balcony. Easy walking distance to Duomo. Parking was complicated. Went to recommended garage which was about a 5 min walk. Was easy to find but parking was limited and tight. There was only an automated attendant so we were not able to get the LTZ area C the first day. Second day there was an attendant and he told me I had to go to a tobacco shop to get it which made things a little chaotic. Not the hotels problem, but if you are traveling with a car something to be aware of.

It took some time to find the property and we were surprised to find that the ‘hotel’ was situated on the 3rd floor of a mixed use block. Having used the tiny ancient lift to get to the 3rd floor, we found a small reception area, this was manned only from 9am-10pm (approx). We were issued with 3 keys and various codes to access the building, the hotel and our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a good quality hairdryer (attached to the wall), a rain shower, slippers were supplied. There was a mini fridge and coffee machine. Alas although there were plenty of hangers, they were the anti-theft style which drive you mad. Only enough space for one suitcase, but the ladies on reception found something for our second one. We had assumed that as the details say breakfast is available there would be some kind of catering, in fact there is nothing in the building, they supply vouchers for a choice of eateries. We did our own thing. The hotel was ‘quirky’ and not at all what we were expecting. The staff were really lovely and very helpful. It was in a brilliant position being a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and the main part of Brera.

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. 15 minutes away by walking from Duomo and LaScala. Many great places to eat in close vicinity. The bed was a little bit on the hard side, but I like it that way, shower was really good with good water pressure. Check in was confusing, because I arrived at 9 PM, and the gates were closed and there was no bell, so after about 10 minutes I started panicking, was trying to call the front desk by using the phone provided byExpedia, but phone didn’t go through and later on, I found out that the phone number on Expedia site was wrong. It’s missing one of the zeros, so I could not call the main desk and I sent them email and in about 10 minutes after I sent the email, somebody came downstairs and let me in. So, to avoid any negative experience provide the Front Desk with your phone number and ask for the correct number for the Front Desk. Otherwise everything was good and stuff was very welcoming, if I would come back to Milan, I would stay here again.
