About the Studio: Independent heating and air conditioning, very sunny, kitchen with all appliances (pans, pots, dishes, microwave, boiler & Nespresso Coffee Machine), plenty of storage (two closets and dressing area), king size bed, washer and dryer, sunny bathroom with shower, iron & ironing board. TV set and CD player with alarm clock. Last but not least - WIFI!

About the neighborhood: Eclectic neighborhood where old meets the new! This district of Milan has plenty of "mom & pop" shops, great nightlife (dancing, "aperitivo"bars, restaurants), modern art venues (Fabbrica del Vapore) and easy access to Milano's top landmarks like Arco della Pace, Arena, etc. Great for business and pleasure travel. You will not get bored!
This flat is located at a busy intersection and can be noisy. I lived there and never minded , but please be aware of it :-)

PS If you look up the address in the maps make sure you look for Piazza Gramsci in MILANO (not Settimo Milanese!).
