Apartment in a great location in the heart of Navigli. Enter through a courtyard on the main canal, even though centrally located, it was surprisingly peaceful. Navigli is a lively area full of bars and restaurants, and outdoor areas for eating and drinking. Traditional Italian spacious and rustic, the apartment is in a perfect location. Up 3 flights of stairs so not for anyone with walking difficulties. 5 minute walk to the green line PT Genova metro, and trams in the immediate area. We walked to the duomo area in around half an hour, taking in the sights on the way. Or take the metro and it takes 10-15 mins. Excellent communication from host, and the house manager Ivan.

Authentic Italian experience

I love this adorable authentic Italian 2-story apartment! The fantastic location in the heart of the Navigli (the most happening part of Milan) is steps away from trams and the metro for easy access to anywhere in the city, not to mention the fun and fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars literally next door The private courtyard is super quiet despite the busy scene on the other side of the gate. All that said, if you can't handle 3 flights of stairs with no elevator before you even enter the apartment (and then another flight inside), you should not stay here. It's an old building, with all the expected eccentricities (you're in ITALY!); don't expect this to be a modern HIlton and you won't be disappointed. Live like an Italian here!There is a full kitchen and a private rooftop patio(!) perfect for enjoying a private al fresco nightcap or hanging laundry to dry. The A/C works well during hot summer nights. The location the rooftop were what sold me, and they lived up to their promise.

Appartement comme décrit sur les photos. Quartier génial ambiance assuré et proche de tout, pourtant l appartement est au calme pas un bruit. L hôte qui nous a reçu est très sympa et présent rapidement si soucis. Le seul problème est que l appartement aurais grand besoin d un gros coup de ménage

Amazing location with a lot of stairs!!

Amazing apartment with an excellent location, only thing to think about is not for heavy luggage, as there are a lot of stairs, but close to the tram. Ivan was so helpful at the check in time.

appartement bien situé et propre et calme. Ivan qui nous a accueilli est très aimable et serviable, il nous a aidé à monter et à descendre nos bagages Il faudrait préciser que cet appartement est situé au 3éme étage sans ascenseur. La terrasse est très appréciable Pour les clients non italiens , il faudrait une cafetiére 8 ou 10 tasses avec filtre. Nous avons dû acheté une cafetière. Il manque également un grill pain . Il manque également des torchons de cuisine que nous avons aussi dû achetés. Certains éclairages ne fonctionnent pas. Le four ne peut pas être utilisé. L'évier d'une salle de bain est bouché, heureusement nous avions une seconde salle de bain.Dans une salle de bain, on ne peut pas utiliser la baignoire et dans l'autre salle de bain on ne peut pas utiliser la douche !! Il suffit de régler ces quelques détails pour obtenir une appréciation 5

Rustic Authenticity in the Heart of Navigli

You couldn’t want for a more authentic Navigli experience than the one I had here. Rustic amenities and authentic hosts and neighbors combined with the energy of the area makes for a genuine neighborhood experience. The property is not a posh hotel experience, rather a homey one. The rooftop patio is a treat, as is the peace and quiet of the courtyard in spite of the revery just outside its doors. The flat itself is on the uppermost floors of the complex, and includes a full flight within. So if you’re carrying lots of luggage or have limitations with climbing, be aware. The host and the property manager are good people who’ll be of assistance in any way they can. It was an excellent experience!
