The hotel is conveniently located from the major attractions and the central train station. The hotel is extremely quiet but there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The service is excellent. They help you with everything and even after we checked out, Marco prepared coffee for us. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities are very modest. However, has very good location, good beds, linens and towels. Has really cute retro elevator. Good place if you primarily plan to spend your day outside and come to the hotel for sleep.

Nice for cheap solo travel

Took a one night trip to Milan. Booking, checkin and service were all easy and satisfactory. Room was small but that’s ok. Only issue was toilet flusher fell off the wall. There was garbage in a cabinet from a previous guest. Felt safe and secure in the room. Very nice front desk staff.

This was a cheap place to stay near the central train station. I felt safe and comfortable, but it’s a tired hotel. The fixtures are shotty, bed was comfortable, there was an odor that was nit bad but persistent. The bathroom is the best part, clean, modern and good hot water. It was all I needed for a one night stop before flying home, and it did the trick

The staff at this property was amazing! They were so helpful and available 24 hours a day. I was very disappointed they advertised some features with the hotel that WERE NOT actually available. Such as two things I specifically filtered to look for such as the advertised gym, and laundry services with this hotel. The hotel does NOT have a gym or laundry service. Basically I was just directed to a local gym and laundromat that I had to pay separate for. I was VERY disappointed as these are feature I specifically look for. Also the doors of your room are right next to the lobby so it can be a big noisy at times.

The mould needs to be sorted

The hotel is run down and this needs addressing. The room was very small and basic which was not a problem. However the shower was dirty and mouldy. I booked the room because it had a safe and I thought tea and coffee making facilities. The safe didn't work & there was a piece missing where the batteries are. Although we tried different batteries it wouldn't work because of the missing connection. The mould and the broken safe should have been dealt with before letting the room to us or anyone else. The location was good
