Building and general area is very run down and sketchy. The foyer is suspect, and the gated entrance is obviously necessary. (if you arrive after 6pm, you must ring the bell for entrance) Once inside, you must go up the stairs to the left to reach this "motel." The staff was friendly and helpful. The "lobby" has tables to wait or work. The rooms remind me of a hostel. It was clean and suitable for an overnight with easy walking access to the station. Expect basic and you'll be fine.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They accommodate us earlier than check-in time which was great after long flight from Australia. Very clean room and bathroom. Sound proofing. Excellent location cross the road from central station. Very convenient when you have an early train to catch.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet with good service from the staff. The hotel is very close to the central station giving access to just about anywhere. The lift is very small barely fits two people and luggage but we were very glad to have it. The biggest disappointment was not the hotel but the air quality in Milan, very bad, giving me a sore throat.
