This hotel was close to the tram that took us the duomo and shopping. Coop grocery store is a short walk. The staff at the hotel were superb. Breakfast had a great selection. My room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and service. Room was cleaned every day. Cleaners were meticulous. 2 room option was nice, but dated. Could use better lighting. Refrigerator was fine for storing, but there were no plates or utensils to use with purchased foods. Hesting system was overwhelmingly hot. Shower would not accommodate a large person. Staff was friendly. Front desk was unable to change any Euros for smaller denominations and banks were closed at night. Specialty shops nearby were very good for food items. Tram service right outside the entrance was a plus. Metro station was close by, as well.

Easily accessible metro and tram. Metro is 7minute walk and tram is right infront of the building. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet offers hearty meals from fresh fruits, bread and pastry, selection of protein, vegies and cheese. Fruit juices and coffee are also available.

Good location as it’s on the tram line and the metro is a 5min walk. Parking at the hotel is expensive so we parked on the outside of the city and used public transport for the week. Breakfast was a good selection. We had our 6 year old daughter with us but didn’t have a small bed or mattress in the room for her so slept in the same bed which was large enough for all of us but still something to consider. Supermarkets also close by if you need something. Clean hotel, reminds me of an older grand hotel

Comfortable hotel, central location

Hotel is very comfortable - not new but well renovated and clean, giving you a warm feeling. The reception staff is very courteous, and the complimentary breakfast offers a healthy variety - cereals, croissants, steamed vegetables, bacon, boiled eggs, Italian pastries, fruits. There is free coffee both in the breakfast room and the lobby. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes' walk, and some good restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again

Nice Hotel just out of the main tourist area. Easy walk to City Life Shopping area and the castello park area. Tram access outside the hotel to the Duomo and central area. Great breakfast selection and a nice 24hr reception with a free coffee / hot drinks area. Room was very well equipped with excellent bathroom facilities. Just lacks a restaurant to take it to a 5* but there are numerous within very short walking distance. Would certainly use again if travelling to Milan

Not too bad. Can be better.

Comfortable overall. Luckily managed to change room which was way too hot with no aircon, otherwise the 1-week stay would have been bad. Thin walls so quite noisy. Wooden chairs dragged upstairs or next door heard clearly. Bed comfortable. Clean towels and good housekeeping.
