房間滿大的，重點有冷氣超級無敵棒，櫃檯也很有活力。缺點可能沖水區會積水，樓上隔音較差外，其他都很棒。還會換毛巾清潔。地鐵走過來200公尺

Nice stay
The staff are very kind and helpful. Speedy check-in and out. The bed is super soft. We really have nice sleep. Decoration is modern and room is clean. I would only suggest to provide some lotion as the weather is very dry. Also the soundproof could be improved. overall it was nice stay and we would love to visit again in coming future.

Good experience
Everything here is quite good, including the staff, breakfast, service and design of the room. Thouhg the sound-proofing of the building is needed to be improved, we are satisfied with the atmosphere and service here.

The staff are really nice which helped us to reserve a restaurant! The hotel is in a good location with perfect breakfast!

Very new hotel
The hotel is very new seems still under renovation. there’s still smell if you can stand it. Upgraded to a bigger room, a sofa facing a wall with a picture on which is not practical for me. Breakfast is very good with many food choices. Hotel is only few minutes walk from metro station. If you get a good deal it’s worth staying given that accommodation can be very cosy in Milan.

Good hotel friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Only downside is it looks likes a bit of a rough area outside and the breakfast is awful for the cost. I would recommend staying here though

The safe thought I didn’t speak Italian and was talking about me in front of my face and when I spoken up about it they had an attitude. They also raised issue about my friend wanting to put their bags in my room. If I prepaid for a room and I want to have guests am I not allowed to? The hotel was nice but I wouldn’t stay here just off the rudeness and customer service of the front desk staff.

工作原因订在地铁站附近，比之前住的附近另一家四星好很多。下次还会来住。 工作人员都很友善，房间虽小但还都挺舒服，临街所以晚上能听见车声，下次注意选择另一边的房间会安静些。 希望酒店以后可以提供免费的饮用水。

The reception staff were incredibly helpful as I had incorrectly booked. But they corrected my error (even though they didn't have too) Cannot recommend highly enough 👍👍👍

Non e’ assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle! Tutto è improntato per fare soldi. Pure se sta per finire la carta igienica non te la rimpiazzano, al punto che ho dovuto chiamare alla reception per averla. Cosi accade per tutte le altre cose necessarie. Poi non c’è’ la presenza, né di un bollitore o qualcosa per farti un caffè! Sono consapevole che queste osservazioni che non serviranno a nulla.

Friendly staff and very close proximity to the metro station which is great, however for the price of the rooms, the cleanliness and standard of the rooms were not the best. House keeping never changed the bed sheets even when asked, the air conditioning did not work and the floor was dirty. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything happening next door to you. We had bought snacks which we left in our fridge and half of them went missing which was very odd.

insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore proveniente sia dalle camere adiacenti sia dal corridoio esterno. ad ogni arrivo dell'ascensore al piano si sentiva suonare il campanello, rumori degli aspirapolvere e chiacchiere del personale di servizio sia che fossero nel corridoio sia che fossero nelle camere adiacenti era come se fossero nella nostra stanza, anche se era acceso il segnale non disturbare non veniva preso in considerazione.

Great staff, hotel rooms were a bit run down and floors weren’t the cleanest. Nice room otherwise. Only issue was that the walls are very thin so you can hear what’s happening in other people’s rooms….

Struttura moderna , camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca magari qualche accorgimento in più : la finestra aveva un po' di spifferi anche se la stanza era comunque calda e il doccione perdeva un po' a lato Nel complesso una buona struttura in una buona posizione, 5 Min dalla linea gialla.

Bra men…
Det som är bra: bekväm, lätt checka in-ut. Ren. Minibar. Friendly personal Det som är mindre bra: högljudda personal om man sover efter 11 på morgonen är det garanterat att du kmr vakna upp. Tunna väggar. 300m till tunnelbanan men lite mörkt och rekommenderas inte till ensamma tjejer eft vägen är inte helt belysat.
