Lovely boutique hotel literally right next to Duomo, easy access to shops, restaurants. tour operator’s meeting points. Staffs are so helpful and polite. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends

nice location and kind staff
I've stayed here for two nights. Nice location which is very close to the metro. Besides, all of the staff are kind and lovely. When I first came in the hotel, the staff served me with a pitcher of hot chocolate. It made me warm especially with the cold weather and after the terrible experience of meeting the thief in the metro. If I had chance to visit Milan agiain, I will definitely chose this hotel.

Además de ser un hotel que por su estado debe de cobrar 150 Euros las noche o menos , en la época de la Feria del Mueble en Milán por su ubicación , cobran más1,000 Euros la noche y ni reponen el papel en el baño , de 6 días que estuvimos 3 con problemas de que el agua no salía caliente !!! , no tiene desayuno y de los 2 tipos de bizcochos que es lo único que ofrecen con una maquina de café , al segundo día de nuestra estancia bajamos y ya no tenían a las 9:30 am , que iban apenas a ir a conseguir mas , el colmo del mal servicio.

Worst hotel ive stayed at in years, the hotel is located next to a hotel or night club and will play loud music all night long. You can even hear the people yelling and talking to each other. I told the manager and he seemed aware od the situation and called the club to tell them to lower music, music did not stop. No sleep and when i asked about refunsing and going to another hotel they said no refunds. TERRIBLE HOTEL AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE GUESTS

Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. They also upgraded our room for free. Unfortunately the room was dirty. There were breadcrumbs on the floor and the carpet had various dirty dark spots all over. The shower tub didn’t drain even after the housekeeper cleaned the drainage. The information packet on the desk had lotion smeared over the top and the chairs also looked dirty.
