Paid parking on blue lines, unattended and not guaranteed (free after 1pm, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- FULL BATHROOM with sink, bidet, raised shower cubicle and WC.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna Station, from where you can take the M1 metro to the "Pasteur" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property;



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the N°1 tram from the "Via Settembrini" stop to the "Via Venini-Via Battaglia" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property;



- It is possible to reach the accommodation by car, but parking in the area surrounding the property is paid (blue lines), is not guaranteed and is not guarded.
