房間非常乾淨,服務人員的態度也非常好。唯一美中不足的是沒有煮開的開水壺跟吹風機所以如果是冬天來可能會著涼。不過整體的服務跟住宿品質算是很好的

Clean. modern. good food at restaurant. Great service. On the negative side: One elevator was not working the whole week. This led to much load on the other elevators and long waiting times.

Bel hotel mais...
belles chambres très propres avec parquet au sol, literie néanmoins assez dure et très peu de pression au niveau de la douche, ce qui enlève un peu de confort. Hôtel éloigné du centre mais dans quartier calme.Très bon parking même avec un gros SUV. Nous avons pris des taxis pour le centre entre 15 et 20 euros la course, mais assez rapide(de15 à 25 min.). Le petit dej n'est pas très qualitatif et le restaurant est décevant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant.

Sehr guter Service, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tiefgarageneinfahrt ist versteckt am Anfang der Straße, am besten vorher die Karte zum Einfahren an der Rezeption holen und Weg erklären lassen. Netter kleiner Pool. Gegend ist so lala, aber die Trambahnhaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten weg, da ist man in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt, der Wasserdruck ist in den oberen Stockwerken etwas mau, aber die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Gutes Restaurant mit Mailänder Preisen, umfangreiches Frühstück. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
