Summary:
Centrally located at walking distance from Duomo, this loft used to be a drapery workshop, and it has been fully rebuilt in 2023. It's extremely quiet, so parties or gatherings are not possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there are 2 full bathrooms, of which one en-suite, washer & dryer, fast Wi-Fi and independent entrance with self check-in.
Parking available in a garage nearby (18€ a day), or well connected with subway.

The Space:
Located on the base floor of an early '40s building, the space features an unique design. There is one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a second full bathroom and a dedicated workspace area with a laundry.

Guest Access:
The loft has a private entrance that guarantees full privacy for all guests. You can access the property 24/24 with the provided code.

Other Things to Note:
No party and no smoking inside the property.
There is a camera outside the property and parties / gathering with non-registered guests will be stopped immediately.
