「Highly recommended. I stayed here as a last-minute solution for one night as my planned accommodation was double booked and everything about my stay was a total relief. As soon as I arrived the staff put me at ease; totally capable, calm, and friendly in a genuine way. The hotel is spotless, modern, in a great location for public transport/ferries and has brand new AC. There's also a well-kept roof terrace that has an unobstructed view over the city. 「The host, Guiseppe was very accommodating. The ferries were not running to the Aeolian islands due to weather conditions, and this place was available. We were fortunate that we stayed here on such short notice and with quick entry to property. Very close to ferry, cafes, and shops. Parking is a little hectic, but we found spots close to apartment. 「I don't know if we missed it in the hotel description, but it was a weird check-in process and the hotel is not a 'real' hotel, it's just rooms in an apartment building, so there's no hotel staff. There's also no breakfast room, you have to go to a nearby bar to get breakfast (which consists of only one cornetto and a beverage). The room itself was nice and clean, very spacious. Comfy bed.」

"Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference."
