Luxury 3 BR Townhouse located within Mildura CBD near arts centre and a short stroll to Langtree Mall and Restaurants. Quality built, this home features walk in robe and en suite to main BR. There are 3 BRs (two with queens and one with two single beds) and each has a ceiling fan. Beautiful kitchen with quality appliances. There are 2 living areas and one open dining living off the kitchen. Reverse cycle heating and cooling. Large double carport with rear lane access. Free Wifi.

Great Property and Location

We had a very enjoyable time in Mildura with the Property and Location excellent. The property was modern and clean and within 5-10 mins walk to the heart of Mildura and the river precinct. Tim (Host) was great with communicating. We will certainly recommend to friends who are planning to visit Mildura.
