“The place is very well furnished and looked quite new. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay there.”

“This property is actually better than advertised!! The host has been meticulous with the details and provides all basic amenities. The home was clean and the beds were all comfortable. There were plenty of towels!! No complaints from anyone. If we have reason to return to Lincoln, we will definitely be staying there again!!”

“The place was very clean & well stocked. Enjoyed the basket of treats. There was always a nice smell in the air. The only thing is that I would have liked is off street parking.”

“This was a beautiful little place, close to Capitol Lake and so conveniently located to UNL and downtown. Very easy to navigate getting downtown to Haymarket within minutes. It was located in a quaint, quiet neighborhood so very relaxing after being out and about through out the day. Very clean and the owner was so kind and responsive. This is definitely a place we will consider when we are in Lincoln again!”

“One of the best properties we ever stayed at. The location was great.”

“Really enjoyed our stay!!”

“We spent a week at this property. It had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and bars. The parking was easy.”

“The downstairs apartment was in a location that was convenient to everything in Lincoln. It was clean and comfortable. It was well furnished with linens and bath supplies. The only drawback was it could get a little noisy from people in the parking area just outside the bedroom window. Overall, a good place to stay in Lincoln.”

“Very clean, modern place to stay. Extra touches throughout - coffee bar, welcome snacks! Great location to walk to a concert and game. Didn’t drive the whole weekend. Beds comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed. Fully stocked, new kitchen. It was fairly quiet as well being in the downtown area, but there was a white noise machine we did use but wasn’t really needed for our stay.Would recommend! Will definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“Denise did a great job of answering questions and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. It was extremely clean and spacious, will definitely stay here again if we get another opportunity.”

“Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Hot tub and outdoor space excellent bonus. ”

“Clean and pet friendly. Grass could be mowed but other than that excellent place to stay.”

“The house was very clean and met our needs for the week. The host was very easy to work with and communication was outstanding.”

“Not a bad place to stay for a night. There was a hornets nest by the garage door not the worst thing just kind of annoying. The fans and ac unit in upstairs bedrooms were not really working so sleeping temp was a little rough but not unbearable. Kitchen and living room were a great temp. We wanted to arrive early so they did accommodate that and it was appreciated. Nice neighborhood too! Wish we could have explored the shops nearby more.”

“We (two adults and one teen) come into Lincoln, NE for a couple of weeks almost every year to compete at a national sports event. We have stayed at a variety of places from hotel suites with kitchens to hotels to shared houses in different neighborhoods. This is a really nice small apartment that had pretty much everything we needed. The location is fantastic - a few blocks from Haymarket and 10 minutes from Speedway Village (where our competition was). It was very clean, extremely quiet, and……

“Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.”

“The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and……

“Such an incredible stay, clean and comfortable and the hosts left extras (breakfast cereals, toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, etc) which was really sweet and thoughtful. Absolutely would stay again and recommended to anyone coming to Lincoln!”
