The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an entrance pass for Sandbanks with the rental. 」

「We had a nice stay overall. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean and well-kept. The host was quick to respond. A few minor drawbacks: no dishwasher, small ensuite bathroom, and limited space to hang clothes. It would be nice to have some extra garbage bags available. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!」

「Very good proximity to Picton Main, many great eateries within walking distance.Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities although only a bodum press is provided, we prefer a coffee maker or better yet, a nespresso machine.The bedrooms & only bathroom upstairs are small but nice. Low ceilings over stairs makes this property somewhat challenging for seniors, anyone that has difficulty walking and small kids.There’s no real usable outdoor space.」

「The house was comfortable and very accommodating. We had a birthday dinner and celebration and there was room for all our friends and family. We also loved the yard and our dog enjoyed it . The location is amazing. We all slept very well in the comfy beds, the sky was full of stars at night and it was really quiet! Our second night we watched the lunar eclipse to the south and the Aurora Borealis to the south.」

「The house is great for two or three couples. It is on a very quiet street near the water but You can easily walk into town. The place was a little cold when we got there but we contacted Ashley and she turned the AC off as requested. She responded very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.」
