“Hotel and staff were great”

“The hotel is under renovation. We only know that after our confirmation. No lift, hotel offers to transfer the luggage to second floor. The smell is terrible, the a/c needs to turn up high to get rid of the smell. Although the room is big, the room layout is not user friendly, you can only wash your hands outside the bathroom, only one hook for hanging the clothes with bathroom. Close to McDonald’s that you can have breakfast there”

“This is my second time staying here,my only concern is that I asked to have a few more hours before I checked out because I had a 9:30 flight, the answer I received was No.”

“We liked the size of the room and the comfortable bed, also the large bathroom. What we didn't like was the WIFI service. The free option was a measly 15 mbps, and it was very hard to access from my laptop most of the time. Also, even though I signed up for their rewards program, which promised improved WIFI, I still had to watch a commercial every time I logged on. Also, housekeeping is available only every three days, which seems chintzy, given that the room costs approximately $130 per……
