-Pet fee is a minimum of $150/dog or $150/dog per week or $300/dog per month, whichever is less.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
-Dogs breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

The Mill Spring's community of Bright's Creek Reserve is tucked in the foothills of western North Carolina & surrounded by striking mountain views. The world premier Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) is just 25 minutes away and showcases some of the top riders from around the globe. About a 25-minute drive will also get you to picturesque, highly acclaimed Lake Lure with its Flowering Bridge & plethora of watersports, and another few minutes' drive will land you in Chimney Rock Village with quaint souvenir shopping, mining for gems, & dining along the Riverwalk. Look for something more adventurous? Climb Chimney Rock at Chimney Rock State Park!
