“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Amazing house and a great stay”

“Very poor experience. Will not stay here again. Stay away. Here are the main issues:1) Filthy carpets: I've included pictures of the disgusting large yellow stains on the carpets of the bedroom that they tried unsuccessfully to hide under a cheap throw rug. 2) Odd furniture placement: A Pelaton in the main room and a half a couch in front of the sliding door to the outside made the space feel cramped. 3) Outside furniture: Sadly, there are 3 mini-sized metal folding chairs around a cheap……
