MV treehouse

The space is truly beautiful, you feel like you're in the trees. You get used to the parking situation, there is almost always space to park up the stairs on Rose or down on Hazel. The hosts are extremely caring, responsive and attentive.

Best place for visiting San Francisco and Napa

This is the perfect spot for spending a few days in the Bay Area. It’s close enough to the city to make it easy to see the sights but avoids all the crowds and other bad parts of staying there. It’s about 30 minutes to wine country and only 10 minutes to Muir Woods and the beach. The place is small but plenty of room for a couple and maybe some small children. There’s a huge deck, so it feels bigger.The hosts were very responsive to all messages and took care of everything immediately. I will definitely stay here again.

We had high hopes for this stay. The unit is in fact very charming and you can’t beat the vibe from being up close and personal with the redwoods. The problem is that the unit is right below the bigger rental unit and has no/ very little soundproofing which means that we could hear every single footstep not to mention the voices of those staying above. Unfortunately, this wasn’t all.. the piping for the upstairs bathroom is literally right by the bed so every time the toilet would be flushed or the washer is run, we could hear large sounds of water traveling through the pipes. As a light sleeper, this meant I did not sleep well at all; even ear plugs were not enough to keep the noise out. We could only appreciate peace and quiet when no one was upstairs.The hosts were very kind and responsive. They informed me that they plan to look into ways to increase the soundproofing. I really hope they are able to do this because then this place would be a true gem!

My stay was great. I was visiting friends in the city and wanted someplace close to the city. The unit was very nice. However it was difficult to find.
