“We had planned our family reunion months ago and just happened to be coming down when there was the huge Cottonwood fire not too far away. Lisa did an amazing job of keeping contact with us in the day leading up to the trip, and letting us know about potential power outages (which didn’t happen). She was so open and friendly and just made our stay so easy even with the unsurety of everything that was happening with the fire. Because of some power outages, the house wasn’t quite as clean as Lisa……

“Very cute comfortable tiny house cabin close to Monroe Mnt. UTV trails. Also rented the UTV from Rhet and Kim, lots of fun exploring the mountain. Rhet and Kim great hosts. Campground shop and ice cream next door was an asset..”

“Property was exactly what was online. Very nice place. loved it and we will be back. Clean rooms, kitchen had everything you needed. Family friendly! Our grandkids loved it, they played and got dirty. We all enjoyed ourselves.”

They do live in the basement, but after introducing themselves when we arrived, they……

“Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. The was a misunderstanding on the room situation that the owner was attentive to resolve and we enjoyed the entire stay.”

“The property listing needs clearer and more accurate details to set proper expectations. The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers. This could be a nice stay for the right……
