Wonderful lake family trip!

Perfect Get-Away

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the cabin. We were looking for a peaceful and relaxing week and that’s exactly what we got. The house was perfect. We loved the back porch facing the lake. We spent most of our time on the lake. The neighbors were so friendly. The owner was easy to reach and helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Nice home on Lake Sinclair

We enjoyed visiting this cabin on Lake Sinclair for GCSU parent weekend. Clean, well appointed, comfy beds, easy lake access, host very responsive and kind. Appreciated it being pet friendly so our dogs could join us. We only wished it was closer to Milledgeville, but that’s my fault for not doing better location research.

Spring brake vacaion

The cabin is in good condition. We enjoyed the peaceful environment. Lake in the back, hammocks, kayak, fireplace. The only thing we advise is to reinforce the cleaning of the cabin. It needs a deep vacuum; carpets under the beds bring in allergies.

Lake Retreat

Cosy house had everything we needed for the weekend. Yard slopes to the lake. House and lakeside were easy for my 83 year old mom to access. House is very fresh and nicely decorated. Loved the little extras, like the outdoor games and fire pit. We took advantage of it all. Note that water in cove is deep enough for a boat, but it wasn’t very deep.

Spring Break Getaway

Everything was wonderful! Tory with EVOLVE was top tier! The house was exactly how it was described. The walk to the dock was perfect. We enjoyed the peacefulness and the fishing! We will definitely go again. This is on the Sparta side of the lake so have all your supplies with you if you don’t want to make the drive back into town. Highly Recommend! Beds were so comfortable! Especially the upstairs KING!

Peaceful Lake House

This lake house was very peaceful. Newly remodeled and comfortable beds. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all very nice size. The outside deck had a beautiful view of the dock and sunset each night. We spent one night at the fire pit which was great! We also spent a night playing darts! We enjoyed our stay. Maddy at Lake Sinclair Marina was amazing if you need a boat rental. Our dogs enjoyed being with us, so we are thankful we were allowed the opportunity to bring our fur babies. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Beautiful

We enjoyed ourselves for the most part. We were in a serious car accident in town and suffered some pretty serious injuries so it was limited what we could do. The accident happened the day we got to the cabin so we had really no vehicle to do anything. Other than our set back the cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed fishing at the dock.

Georgia on our minds

Quaint but very updated cottage on a cove on Lake Sinclair. Tory, the owner is the best hostess! Very open and quick communication throughout our stay. Had a little hiccup upon checking in but she addressed the issues quickly, she definitely cares about her renters! The property is just as listed- cozy, quiet, very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We felt just at home and part of that is the amazing neighbors as well. My family had such a blast! My 2 year old kept saying “I like house!” Trust us we will be back next summer and stay a little longer! Thank you again.

We had such a lovely time! The house was beautiful. The owner responded almost immediately to a few minor questions we had and even the neighbors were friendly and helpful! Spent the day on the water and the evenings around the fire pit. It was perfect!

Lake Bliss

Our check-in process at this VRBO property was exceptionally smooth. Both Evolve and the owner, Tori, did a fabulous job with email communication, ensuring that everything was in order. Tori was incredibly personable, promptly responsive. Despite our late arrival, she made sure we were well taken care of. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for the two of us, but with enough space to accommodate more if needed. The kitchen was of the perfect size, and the owners' remodeling efforts were evident throughout the home. Our favorite spots within the house were the balcony, the dock, and the fire pit. Being outdoorsy individuals, we preferred spending our time in these areas. The open yard provided an amazing space for our pup, and the dock allowed us to enjoy the lake fully with our boat. The fire pit was perfect for dinners and late-night family time. The overall cleanliness of the property was satisfactory, considering it is meant to be lived in on the lake, where dogs, kids, and people come in and out. We would rate it 4 stars in terms of cleanliness. In terms of recommendations, we suggest adding curtains to the windows that currently lack and labeling items like the lights in the master bedroom. However, we have no significant complaints as the property provided an exceptional experience. Go explore Milledgeville, approximately 30 minutes away, we highly recommend visiting Kroger and The Brick Restaurant-Taylor as your server! 5 Star rating and BOOK NOW!
