Property is beautiful and we felt safe. Could use secure hand holds on walls in baths/shower area. There was no bath / I.e. barsoap supplied so we bought some. (Tell the next renters to bring their own spa if you don’t supply it)

It's a cabin!
We enjoyed our week at the lake . Kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels and toilet paper. Beds are hard. Porch is wonderful. Dock needs a lot of work, when wet it's dangerous. The backyard needs a lot of TLC.

Great location.
My husband and I wanted a location that would give us lake access for our boat as well as privacy to celebrate our Anniversary. This provided both. Check in was super easy, as well as checkout.

Needs lots of Tender Loving Care
Overall the property is very rustic. There is lots of mold/mildew on the screens of the sunporch. Need to be cleaned and or replaced The platform where the swing is also has a lot of mold/mildew needs to be pressure washed and or replaced because of some rot issues. The sensor lights in the trees along the path do not work. There are some boards on the dock that are raised and cause a tripping hazard. Need to be more vigilante with making the property more inviting.

We loved staying at your house over the July 4 holiday. The screen porch and the dock were our favorite places on the property.

June stay
House is in need of repair. Made John aware of toilet always running, he sent someone out to look at it and never heard back from any one. Needless to say getting a full night sleep was non existent. Would not recommend to anyone until repairs are made and house under goes a major renovation. Shower faucet leaking another annoyance. Pots and pans were nasty... Major rain caused severe puddles by the front door. Poor drainage. Grill was bug infested could not use it. There were linens left in the dryer. Your cleaning people need to be educated on how to clean.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during your stay. - We will be installing new toilets and guttering the end of July as this is the earliest time we could find available contractors. In addition, we will be following up with our cleaning service regarding the grill. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Perfect Friends Getaway
There were 4 of who came for a 4day/3night girls trip. The cabin was perfect, with plenty of room inside & out. We grilled out, enjoyed the sunset over the lake, watched movies on the big screen TV, and went into town for lunch. We had a coffee pot issue, and John took care of right away. Thank you for allowing us to stay & enjoy this beautiful, peaceful cabin

Perfect quiet place
We loved everything about our stay. We had family over and sat on the porch for hours reminiscing and telling stories. We had our boat with us and the dock was a wonderful location to park. The neighborhood was nice and the cabin/house is on a cul-de-sac so there was virtually no traffic. The cabin is very well equipped and very comfortable. Our family loved it, we loved it and I can definitely say we will stay here again.

Great wrap around porch and fire pit.
Great relaxing visit with family and friends. Several seats on the wrap around porch, great fire pit, and more. Pots and pans are worn and old, no spices, and little soap. Come prepared with your own and have an awesome time.

This cabin was great. It was so homey and loved the way it was furnished and decorated. The flowers on the center island were such a pleasant touch. Couldn't say enormous about the screened porch and dock! Hope to be back here

Family getaway
We really enjoyed our time here. Only three negatives: the beds were too hard for our comfort level, the bathroom thrones were too low for our elderly members of the family and the kitchen needs a new frying pan. Nice fire pit area, which we didn't use. The dock area was nice for fishing, and the back porch is so nice at sunset.

The house is not newer but it's obviously cared for, great for a family, I would definitely rent it again if I wanted to go to that area. We were on a short trip and didn't want to do the 8-9 hours to blue ridge so this was our first time at lake sinclair, it's a nice lake and it's clean

Dangerous Dock and boardwalk
Nice house but needs a lot of work. The boat house is going to collapse on the dangerous dock. It's poorly constructed and rotting. The uneven boards (I have pictures) on the deck tripped my husband and he hurt his back. The screen door on the porch injured one of us. It's broken and splintered. This listing should be shut down while the repairs are addressed and they find a new groundskeeper. Jeff raked all the leaves off the boardwalk and the decks and firepit area. The whole place was deep in leaves. The back porch lights didn't work and the boardwalk had no lights at all . . .

Great location for fishing. Not only was there a dock but only about 12 miles from the free boat ramp. My brother loved the location so we will be staying here again.

Great Lake Sinclair getaway
The whole family had a wonderful time at this home on Lake Sinclair. Very picturesque both inside and outside. We loved our stay. The only thing the owner needs to do is lower the tv in the living room. It sits way high and you get a stiff neck watching it, other than that everything was great!

Everything We Needed for Our Short Weekend!
This beautiful home was so relaxing. We loved the screened in porch and the wooden trail that led to the cove. The sounds of the boats and jet skis in the lake brought back many childhood memories. We explored downtown Milledgeville antique shops and enjoyed restaurants close by. If you need to "chill-lax", this is the place!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a family trip for us, and all agreed, perfect location, perfect place. Spent a lot of time out on the dock and out on the screened porch - beautiful view. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Cabin was nice.
Cabin was nice. Loved the coffee area. Was nice not having TV. The area down towards the lake needs cleaned up, broken flower pots laying around. Understand the camera at the front of the cabin but not the one on the back deck where we sat a lot of the time. Felt like we were being watched.

We loved this place. It was the perfect family getaway! We rented a boat near by. And jet skis. We Played croche out back and enjoyed the VHS selection! My kids had never seen rewind! It was really a great trip at the right time!!

Friends get together
Had a great time, thoroughly enjoyed the house & the setting. It was cool at night so we had a fire which was so cozy. Close to town so we got to explore the beautiful town of Milledgeville. Had the opportunity to speak with John, the host, he responded immediately & was very friendly. I would definitely rent this place again!

Our visit was in early December, so it was a little cool outside. However, the cabin was very clean, comfy and well appointed, so it made for a pleasant stay. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. As the title says...highly recommended!

This is a beautiful home and location. Very clean and secluded. Beautiful rustic decor. A comfy firm king bed in the master with a lovely view of the lake out of the window. Con: No Cable 😱, but they have a nice DVD and VHS collection

Comfortable, cozy home with Great Lake view
We loved our stay. The cabin has three sets of French doors that open onto a large screened in porch. We spent most of our time lounging on the porch or in the comfy Great Room chairs looking out to the water. All the amenities of home except night lights. The dock was perfect for fishing and storing out kayaks. Would stay again.

Loved the interesting furnishings and the huge porch to take in the view. The King bed was nice and comfy. Beware the property manager will send many emails for a pet fee AFTER you have paid the VRBO computed total. Quiet relaxing time.

Great visit to a historical small town.
The cabin was way above our expectations! Immaculately clean! High quality comfortable furniture! Wonderful to lay in bed with the sheers open and watch the lake. Loved sitting on the porch for coffee. The boardwalk to the dock was awesome. We didn't use the chiminea nor the grill, but it was available for use. It was too cold and raining to get in the water, but the lake and sunset was gorgeous. Our teenage daughter and Lab enjoyed the large yard to play in. Cozy cabin by the lake
This was great place to stay for a few days! I could feel all the years of love that the owners have enjoyed in that house. It’s a very cozy spot to relax and enjoy the lake and quiet neighborhood. The owner sent a wonderful note before my arrival which was a great touch!
