“The cabin was perfect for my husband’s and my anniversary trip. Our only complaints were the hot water running out during showers within minutes and the fact that there was no water in the lake in front of our cabin, which contradict the photos on VRBO. The owner said running out of water is not typical and that he’ll be checking the water heater. The waterless view, I am not sure of why that was, maybe the time of year (November). “Everything you need all right there, what more could you ask for! My family had a great time at the lake, the pool and hot tub was definitely a huge bonus for us. The band on saturday night was awesome as well as the food from the restaurant. Cabin was clean and made us all feel comfortable and gave us space to hang out as a family. “We had a relaxing stay in this charming cabin over Thanksgiving! If cozy and quirky is your jam, this is the place for you. The cabin has so much character and feels like a step back into a mid-century lake resort. The bed was very comfortable as were the two couches (many naps were had). All of the necessities are provided and the owner was great at communication and very accommodating. We especially appreciated that they were pet-friendly. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! ”
