"Tired hotel that was full of renovation works during my stay. Totally appreciate they are trying to fix this situation, but they didn’t warn me ahead that it would be so awful. Lobby was partly boarded up; the pool was completely closed. Room was old-fashioned and bland. Fine with all of this if they DROP the prices massively and explain the situation in advance. But of course, they did not. "

"room was not cleaned. The bed was left dirty from the previous occupant, a sanitary wrapper was on the bed, toilet was soiled, wet towels on the bed, dirty drinks cups. No room change could be offered, I requested refund which I was told needed to come from Expedia. I have now emailed Expedia 3 times and await their verdict on whether they will refund my money. "
